O professor da FDV, Raphael Boldt, foi selecionado para mais um bolsa de pós-doutorado na Alemanha, com foco em Direito Penal e Filosofia do Direito. Desta vez, a bolsa é para a Goethe-Universität (Frankfurt am Main), onde Raphael já fez estágio de doutoramento em 2015.
Nos anos 2018 e 2019, professor Raphael fez o primeiro estágio de pós-doutorado, com foco em Criminologia, na Universität Hamburg, sob a supervisão do professor doutor Sebastian Scheerer.
Desta vez, a supervisão será feita pelo professor doutor Klaus Günther, um dos maiores nomes da Filosofia do Direito e das Ciências Criminais no país. Günther ocupa a cátedra de Direito Penal e Teoria Jurídica da Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität (Frankfurt am Main). Ele é considerado um importante representante da chamada “terceira geração” da Escola de Frankfurt.
A pesquisa será financiada pelo DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst), maior organização promotora de intercâmbio acadêmico e científico do mundo.
