A Faculdade de Direito de Vitória (FDV) alcançou conceito máximo em todos os principais indicadores de qualidade. Essas conquistas refletem a qualidade do ensino oferecido aos nossos alunos e o nosso compromisso com a excelência acadêmica que nos posiciona como a melhor faculdade de Direito do Brasil, da Graduação ao Pós-Doutorado, considerando as cinco maiores notas do IGC entre as instituições particulares do Brasil com o curso de Direito.
Isso foi confirmado pelo INEP/MEC através da divulgação da pesquisa de qualidade do ensino superior no Brasil, divulgada na última terça-feira, 02 de abril de 2024, que revela que a FDV alcançou o conceito máximo, nota 5 no Índice Geral de Cursos (IGC), reconhecido como a avaliação mais abrangente pelo MEC, que toma como base os resultados dos conceitos de Enade, Corpo Docente, Indicador de Diferença entre os Desempenhos Observado e Esperado (IDD), Conceito Preliminar de Curso (CPC), Pós-Graduação (Capes), levando em conta os dados obtidos ao longo de três anos 2020 a 2023.
Esse indicador avaliou 1.998 instituições pelo Brasil, sendo que, entre as cinco melhores notas do IGC entre as particulares com curso de Direito, é da FDV o melhor curso com conceito 5 no IGC, CPC, CI, CC e Enade.
Já o Conceito Preliminar de Curso (CPC), considerado o principal indicador da qualidade do ensino superior no país, qualifica os cursos com notas de 1 e 2 como insuficientes, enquanto a nota 5 representa o máximo de qualidade. O cálculo do CPC leva em consideração diversos fatores, incluindo o desempenho dos alunos no Enade (exame realizado no início e no fim da Graduação), a qualificação dos professores, os recursos da instituição (como infraestrutura e materiais didáticos), e as opiniões dos estudantes no momento da realização do Enade.
Ao receber os resultados, o diretor acadêmico da FDV, Ricardo Goretti, comemorou. “São resultados do trabalho sério que realizamos em todos os níveis da educação jurídica: Graduação, Especialização, Mestrado, Doutorado e Pós-doutorado. Um trabalho que é viabilizado pelo comprometimento do corpo discente, docente e administrativo da FDV. Essas pessoas estão de parabéns! Com elas compartilho todos os méritos que orgulham e motivam, fazendo da FDV a casa do Direito no Espírito Santo, há quase 30 anos”, disse.
Já a coordenadora da Graduação, Ivana Bonesi, destacou que ““as conquistas das notas máximas são fruto do comprometimento de toda a comunidade acadêmica com a qualidade. O CPC é um indicador que avalia desde o desempenho dos estudantes, até a infraestrutura e o corpo docente. Já o IGC é um medidor institucional mais abrangente, que considera a qualidade dos cursos de graduação e pós-graduação. Continuaremos empenhados em oferecer o melhor para nossos alunos e para a sociedade, mantendo-nos como referência em educação jurídica”, disse.

IGC: É um indicador que considera a qualidade dos cursos de graduação e de pós-graduação (mestrado e doutorado), numa escala de 1 a 5, em relação a todas as instituições de ensino superior do país.
CPC: É calculado no ano seguinte ao da realização do Enade, em cada área, e considera, além do desempenho dos estudantes, o corpo docente, a infraestrutura e os recursos didático-pedagógicos, entre outros itens.
CI: O Conceito Institucional é uma avaliação é feita por especialistas do MEC diretamente na instituição de ensino. Tem como objetivo examinar as instalações físicas, o Plano de Desenvolvimento institucional (PDI) e as políticas de ensino (graduação, pós-graduação, pesquisa e extensão), de pessoal e de gestão.
CC: O Conceito de Curso é a nota graduada em cinco níveis (1-5), gerada a partir de uma avaliação in loco realizada por uma comissão de avaliadores do INEP/MEC, cujos valores iguais ou superiores a três indicam qualidade satisfatória
Enade: É um indicador de qualidade que avalia os cursos por intermédio dos desempenhos dos estudantes no Enade. Seu cálculo e sua divulgação ocorrem anualmente para os cursos com pelo menos dois estudantes concluintes participantes do exame.
