O aluno do 7º período da FDV, Leivan Felipe da Silva Carvalho, teve um capítulo publicado na obra “Ética, Direito e Justiça: questões atuais”, intitulado “Domínios da ética aristotélica e suas implicações no perfil do legislador”.
De acordo com o autor, o capítulo tem como ênfase “a necessidade de concretização da ética das virtudes aristotélicas, posteriormente aprimoradas na filosofia cristã, pelo exímio filósofo Tomás de Aquino, são fundamentais na formação do caráter do legislador, no que concerne ao seu trabalho estrutural na elaboração de leis. Isso porque, visa-se o aperfeiçoamento das atitudes e das potencialidades humanas, a partir do conceito de virtudes, e o redimensionamento lógico e coerente na elaboração de dispositivos legais, em virtude da efetivação do ordenamento jurídico, por meio de um diálogo sincronizado entre o Direito e a sociedade”, disse.
A coordenação da obra é do professor Leandro Cordioli e do desembargador do Tribunal de Justiça do Rio Grande do Sul (TJRS), José Conrado Kurtz de Souza.
