O professor da FDV, Raphael Boldt, acaba de lançar a 2ª edição da obra “Processo Penal e Catástrofe. Entre as ilusões da razão punitiva e as imagens utópicas abolicionistas”, pela editora Lumen Juris.
O livro é resultado das pesquisas realizadas durante o doutorado em Direitos e Garantias Fundamentais na FDV, com período sanduíche na Goethe-Universität (Frankfurt am Main).
