O egresso da FDV, José Carlos Rizk Filho, foi reeleito presidente da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – Seção Espírito Santo (OAB-ES) para o triênio 2022-2024. Rizk já estava na presidência da Ordem na gestão anterior, de 2019 a 2021.
As votações e o resultado das eleições 2021 para a presidência da OAB-ES aconteceram durante esta quinta-feira, 18 de novembro.
Rizk, que é advogado e professor, é egresso da FDV, onde durante sua trajetória acadêmica, atuou como liderança do Centro Acadêmico.
Entre os membros da nova diretoria eleita também está outro egresso da FDV, o advogado Alberto Nemer Neto, que atualmente é coordenador do curso de Especialização o Novo Direito do Trabalho. Ele assume a função de secretário-geral da OAB-ES.
Além de Rizk e Alberto Nemer compõem a nova diretoria da OAB-ES: Anabela Galvão (vice-presidente), Silvia Maria Lameira Hansen (secretária-geral adjunto) e Anderson Ferreira Félis (tesoureiro).
